The Acai berry is the latest nutritional secret to be exposed today.  This berry has been crowned the super fruit because of its nutritional value.  The Acai berry is harvested in the Rainforest of Brazil on the Acai Palm tree.  However, the big question on everyone’s mind is, what does the Acai berry taste like?  Well the answer is, it tastes like a berry, but it has its own distinctive taste.  The flavor is similar to that of a blackberry, but it also has a slight hint of cocoa or chocolate undertone.  The berry isn’t extremely sweet but it is tasty.
