Is Network Marketing a job or an Asset? When we look at the Corporate America working model we can clearly see that each company has workers, supervisors, managers and a President/CEO.

The corporate structure only allows for one person to be on top as opposed to Network Marketing where anyone can reach the top if they build their business up correctly. We have (employees) & the (self employed) looking to move to the realm of (business owner) or (investor).

The reason so many fail is because they get into business simply for the purpose of money, normally fail.  Now don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with that, however if you choose to get into network marketing it should be for two reasons and two reasons only. One is to help yourself and the other is to help other people. If one of the two are missing your chances of success are slim.

Now (business owners) and (investors) work for money also, however building there businesses for long term residual income is more important than short term immediate gratification. So if you can be patient enough network marketing can be a long term asset for years to come. If you are looking for quick cash or simply to help yourself, go to business school or something!

What you should remember is that if you chose to be in business for yourself, be sure and do it for the right reasons because if you want a job you can always take your skills and go out and work for someone.  If you desire to Fire Your Boss and become financially independent than you need to go out and work for you!
