iLearning Global Reps Take a Devastating Hit…
It’s truly unfortunate news, however it’s a very realistic possibility and risk that we all must take. I have always encouraged other to do their due diligence prior to joining any Network Marketing company including mine.
I personally went threw the same thing just recently and actually my situation was worse as the company I was involved with just suddenly folded.
iLearning Global has committed the cardinal sin that no Network Marketer ever wants to hear or experience. They turned their backs on their distributors and now they are forced to make a decision.
I recently got an email from one of my good friends who informed me of the situation with iLearning Global. Apparently in the last 24 hours one the of the worlds premier personal development network marketing opportunities iLearning Global made the decision to change their compensation plan from a network marketing compensation structure to a pure sales
commission scenario.
What does this mean to it’s distributors, well let’s put it this way “If you feed your family from the fruit of a tree, as long as that tree continues to produce fruit you can eat. The moment it stops, so does you food supply.” You do not have to accept this, and the only way to prepare for this is through branding and having your own list. If the company owns the list of all the reps you brought in, where does that leave you in moments like this? Right back to square one!
If your are a representative of iLearning Global or any other MLM then you must secure your future through personal branding, list building and funded proposals to safeguard your position in the industry. Put your name, email address, and phone number in the box to the right and get training on a system that you own and control. So if your company ever fails you for whatever reason. You won’t be back at square one.
Ask me what one of the fastest growing MLM companies around is doing? Ask me where they ranked according to Inc. 500 Magazine? Ask me who has history, a superior product and record setting growth?
